pity the trio
of old women
with a single eye
and single tooth
among them
though they
know much that
is hidden
when the eye
rolled behind the sofa
and they could not
find the can opener
they resorted to blind
cannibalism
politely taking turns
chewing
each other
with that one tooth

Ha! Flows like a fairytale, bites like a parable. Glorious.
Thanks! ๐
Haha!! The Phorcides. Love it! I’ll read more of your great poems after I take a nap. Superb one, Chuckie. xo
Thank you, sleepyhead.
Have you spent 12 hours in an airport? It’s not really sleeping you do. I’m on the plane. Hopefully, we leave soon!!
Hopefully you get more than a salty handful of nuts out of this. Should be good for a SlasherMonster post.
Lol!! Love this… ๐
Thank you!
Holy crap! Awesome!!
Thanks!
