      1. It’s going on 4 years for us. We used to eat chicken, fish and dairy. My husband read Jonathan Safran’s “Eating Animals”, we discussed it, and went vegan right away. No wobbles, no regrets and we enjoy our food now more than ever. I would gag on meat and dairy now, simply because I can’t imagine eating the animals I love and because I am aware of what happens to put them on our tables and what becomes of the ones that are unnecessary to make the Ag business any money.
